📋 Description
• Work closely with the City Manager and a small team • Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned operating region • Focus on inventory and revenue management • Manage customer experience and service • Handle other ad hoc initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management • Excellent English communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Passion for customer service • Friendly positive attitude and team player • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma • Interest in football is a BIG PLUS • Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS • Hospitality experience a PLUS • Franchise Development or Support experience a PLUS • Position is fully remote/virtual (e.g., based in the Philippines) • Working hours will align with the operational timezone of the assigned region
