• Lead and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline development and prospecting through negotiation and deal closure across both agency and direct clients. • Build, nurture, and expand strong multi-level relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as media planners, creative, analytics, and operations to design, pitch, and deliver integrated retail media campaigns. • Develop and maintain an actionable sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Provide accurate forecasting, weekly or monthly revenue updates, and progress reporting to leadership. • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and create tailored advertising proposals. • Track and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitive activity. • Support post-sale client success by coordinating onboarding, campaign implementation, and performance review.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in media, marketing, advertising, shopper marketing, promotions, or a media-focused organization. • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant business experience will be considered. • Bilingual- French. • Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding sales targets in marketing services and/or advertising, working with both brand clients and advertising agencies. • Strong understanding of media, promotional, and marketing service sales strategies. • Agile and adaptable in a fast-evolving digital out-of-home (DOOH) and retail media environment. • Knowledge of retail industry dynamics and operations is an asset. • Well-established network of decision-makers within client and agency communities. • Proven and outstanding track record of success in selling marketing services and/or advertising to brand clients and their ad agencies.
