• Communications & Personalization Team: - Designing, prototyping, and implementing infrastructure - Enhancing targeting capabilities for personalized communications - Working on notification infrastructure and in-app promotion targeting methods • Activation Team: - Crucial role in onboarding and retention of users - Collaborating with mobile and web engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers - Developing and iterating features for user retention and onboarding

Requirements

• Experience building services in a production environment • Knowledge of programming languages like Ruby, Java, Scala, Python, Go, etc. • Experience with backend technologies like Scala microservices and Ruby on Rails • Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases like MySQL, Redis, and Cassandra • Familiarity with open-source distributed systems technologies like Kafka, Finagle, Kubernetes, and Docker
