• We are looking for highly driven individuals with strong technical aptitude to join our growing sales organization. The Growth Account Executive will play a key role in supporting marketing & sales in various capacities. This position covers a variety of responsibilities and is a critical component of our GTM Operations. • Responsibilities • Work closely with marketing & sales to ensure quick Service Level Agreements (SLA) from prospected leads • Build automated processes and follow-up sequences in sales systems • Support historic leads to determine prioritization for the sales & business development teams • Research & identify key contacts at target accounts • Support appropriate strategies & initiatives with partners as instructed by GTM leadership • Be an active contributor to the GTM team operations, sharing best practices and participating with Marketing and Business Development projects • Administer, track and report sales activities and results using 6Sense, Hubspot & Groove
• Prior experience in marketing and/or sales (SaaS experience preferred, but not required) • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation • Highly motivated with a competitive edge • Communication: written and verbal • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change • Demonstrated success overachieving: meeting and exceeding KPI's • Demonstrated success/knowledge within the tech industry (or equivalent education) • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
