SaaS Operations Engineer

Description
• Act as the service owner for multiple company-wide SaaS applications • Act as a solutions architect and strategist for SaaS applications and services • Take action on escalations from partner teams • Directly integrate (and support efforts to integrate) SaaS applications with other parts of Stripe’s corporate technology stack • Lead projects to audit and optimize SaaS portfolio • Participate in renewal conversations with vendor partners • Develop programs or processes to drive adoption of new product features company-wide • Participate in regular interviews with user population • Design creative solutions, advocate for best practices • Help grow and mentor others • Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering • Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications • Strong organizational and task management skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • An empathetic, humble, and user-focused demeanor • Ability to plan, manage, code, and support multiple projects • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in either Python, Javascript or Go • Experience working with REST API endpoints • Google Professional Google Workspace Administrator or Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification • Slack Admin and / or Developer Certification • Experience with GCP
