📋 Description

• Create static, video, and animated creatives for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Strategy team • Independently execute creative concepts • Monitor current trends and contribute original creative ideas • Take responsibility for your own project work within a defined scope • Set and continuously develop quality standards • Provide subject-matter leadership and contribute to the ongoing development of the design team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience producing paid social creatives (static, video, and animation) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Experience providing professional guidance, coaching, or support to designers • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects • Strong commitment to quality and the ability to further develop standards • Independent, self-directed working style with a strong hands-on mentality • Clear communication when providing feedback and reporting to the Lead • Excellent written and spoken German and English
