📋 Description

• Development of new products and the further development of existing products in the area of premium designer cookware. • Responsibility for projects from product concept to market launch. • Coordination of internal stakeholders and external service providers. • Creation and monitoring of project plans, timelines and budgets. • Ensuring functionality as well as design and quality standards. • Communicating project progress and results within the team. • Optimizing product development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar). • Several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, ideally in cookware or household appliances. • Experience managing external manufacturing service providers. • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and various product materials. • Additional training and certifications such as IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma are a plus. • Fluent German (written and spoken). • Conversational English. • Enjoyment of cooking and an interest in high-quality cookware.
