Description

• Provide support to the Engineering team by designing, testing and implementing various microservices and data pipelines • Use full stack (back-end/front-end) development of data-driven applications to provide impactful solutions • Collaborate with peers to deliver high-quality and customer impacting solutions • Lead the creation of features and system enhancements • Participate in the full application life cycle • Interact directly with customers, project team, and other stakeholders • Design, develop and integrate SaaS Serverless applications • Influence cross-functional teams • Develop proofs of concept (POC) as needed • Validate application code against unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery • Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs and end-user guides

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with AWS Cloud based technology & AWS Certifications • Strong scripting, object-oriented design, or coding skills • 8+ years of Hands-on professional experience with dynamic languages like Python, NodeJS etc • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, data modeling and patterns • Strength in big data processing and with data pipeline tools • Passionate communicator, advisor, and advocate for the Customer • Deep understanding of Software Development • Passionate about developing peers and participating in hiring • Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills • Good time management skills, self-motivation, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and self-discipline as a remote worker • Contact Center background is a big PLUS • Broad knowledge of the AWS platform with AWS Certifications required • Knowledge of underlying AWS services • Knowledge of Python packages • Experience with Designing and Building Real time and batch pipeline • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and container orchestration • Previous product development experience in cloud environments at scale • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity • Excellent communications with collaboration skills • Curiosity to learn new technical skills and implement
