Description

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations and monthly financial close activities for multiple international subsidiaries. • Lead and manage the international payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing of multiple international payrolls worldwide. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll data. • Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and analyze monthly flux changes. • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with U.S. and local accounting standards and regulations. • Support multiple financial audits by providing requested audit schedules and addressing inquiries from auditors. • Stay updated on changes in accounting and payroll regulations and ensure compliance across all countries of operation. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll and finance operations. • Provide estimated monthly funding needs of each foreign entity. • Assist with international accounts payable and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. • 5+ years of experience as a finance or accounting manager responsible for the payroll management of multiple countries, monthly financial close, financial analysis, cash management and accounts payable. • Experience working with external payroll vendors. • Strong understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance. • Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite Required. • Experience with Concur & Tipalti, highly desirable. • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Superior communication, organizational and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance. • Team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships.
