• Manage end-to-end process of subscription renewals • Engage with customers and Partners regarding renewal dates and terms • Maintain accurate records in CRM system • Resolve customer issues and discrepancies in billing • Generate reports on renewal rates and KPIs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experience • Implement retention strategies and identify upsell opportunities • Ensure renewal contracts are accurate and processed efficiently
• 1-2 years experience in SaaS customer service, sales, or administrative role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset • Excellent English language skills • Nice to have: Good German and/or French and/or Spanish language skills
