📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Record and categorize daily financial transactions • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Process invoices and expense reports • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting • Maintain organized accounting documentation • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding accounting matters • Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Proactive, self-motivated, and takes ownership of work with minimal supervision. • Takes initiative to identify issues, follow up, and drive tasks to completion. • Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is a plus. • Available to work the US overlap shift: 11pm–8am PHT (8am–5pm PT)
