• - Own the entire sales cycle from prospect identification through contract signing, customer onboarding and customer success. • - Help refine and document the early sales playbook. • **What Success Looks Like:** • - First 30 days: Deep understanding of our product, market, and ideal customer profile. • - First 60 days: Established prospecting system and initial pipeline of qualified opportunities. • - First 120 days: Consistent pipeline generation and initial deals closed. • - First 240 days: Predictable revenue generation and documented sales playbook. • - First year: Other sales reps onboarded and starting to execute against the sales playbook.
