Description

• Responsible for managing the Business Markets operations program facilitating commercial solar installations • Development of the business markets process and oversight of the project lifecycle for Business Markets PV projects • Coordinate project installation lifecycle from contract through commissioning • Assist in the administration of the bid process and field administrative support • Internal system job tracking and project management • Perform customer facing discussions and new build discussions • Coordinate practical capability ideation and refine initial designs • Technical and budgetary input on Request for Proposal activity • Project management for Dealer Channel and Direct Channel • Review milestone documentation and approve payments • Perform qualification vetting for potential commercial installers and oversee Channel Partner Agreement

Requirements

• General construction knowledge • Understands and can demonstrate how to manage budgets, scheduling tools and bid process • Familiar with construction subcontracts • 3+ years of commercial solar construction experience • Experience working with and managing Matrixed project teams • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required • Excellent customer service skills required • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
