• The caseload support specialist is responsible for maintaining caseload assignments for incoming clinicians. This includes coordinating with clients, families, and clinical staff while managing the day-to-day needs of our caseload support team. • Provide caseload assignment suggestions to the Caseload Management Team for incoming clinicians (BCBA’s/MLP’s) based on their desired number of working hours (this may vary based on whether the employee is salaried or hourly). • Aid in pre-matching clients to either new or current clinician depending upon several variables including, but not limited to the following: client/clinician availability, location of services, service type, allocated number of authorization hours, region of client/clinician.
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of experience in caseload management or related field • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of requests • Analytical skills • Caseload management experience preferred • Central Reach experience a plus!
