Description

• Data-driven Culture: As an ambassador for our data-driven culture, you will leverage elaborate datasets to generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and drive results. Specifically, you will analyze customer behaviors and trends related to our card product acquisitions and engagement, using data to enhance decision making, marketing campaigns, customer outreach efforts and more. • Investigate Trends & Anomalies: With a keen eye for detail, you will investigate and analyze trends and anomalies in card product performance. This includes assisting debugging efforts and drilling down into data to uncover the root causes of changes in customer acquisition rates and engagement levels. Your insights will help in fine-tuning our strategies and improving product offerings. • Data Management: you will access, clean and organize raw data in a way that makes sense for you, your team and your stakeholders • Business Awareness: you will assess the why behind our data-driven insights, and how the data both explains and impacts our business outcomes. This includes analyzing how different customer segments answer to our card offerings and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and devotion.

Requirements

• Familiarity with tools such as DBT, Amplitude, Snowflake, Looker & Git • Experience to independently collaborate with business stakeholders and create data models designed to address specific questions and uncover valuable business insights • Bachelors in STEM and an advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science or equivalent
