• Proactively identify, develop, and qualify net-new mid-market customers. • Drive new business pipeline creation and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channel partners. • Position Supermicro’s server, storage, and networking solutions to business and technical decision-makers. • Serve as the primary interface between end customers and Supermicro’s partner ecosystem. • Support partners throughout the sales cycle with solution positioning, technical alignment, and commercial guidance. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (channel, pre-sales, logistics) to ensure smooth opportunity handover. • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. • Represent Supermicro at customer meetings, partner events, and industry events. • Travel within Germany as required.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT infrastructure, hardware, or technology solutions. • Strong new business / hunter mindset with a proven track record of winning net-new customers. • Strong network into Mid-Market (Mittelstand und gehobener Mittelstand) • Solid experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and resellers. • Ability to engage credibly with C-level executives, IT leadership, and technical stakeholders. • Structured, self-driven working style with excellent opportunity qualification skills. • Experience using CRM systems and strong Microsoft Office skills. • Fluent German (C2) and professional English (minimum B1). • Knowledge of servers, data centers, cloud, or infrastructure solutions is a strong plus.
