• Contribute to redefine staffing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction • Lead and drive the achievement of OKRs in collaboration with senior management • Conduct data analysis and oversee staff ops KPIs • Identify operational challenges and spearhead development of enhancements • Manage relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement • Cultivate deep understanding of operational processes

Requirements

• 3-4 years of operations experience (tech start-up or scale-up experience a bonus) • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Data analytics skills (SQL, R, Python, google sheets, excel) • Attention to detail, quality, accountability, and reliability • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong stakeholders management and emotional intelligence • Great project management skills
