• Manage and partner on projects to enhance e-commerce website and mobile app experience • Create product plans and build roadmaps • Partner with developers and product owners to craft technical plans • Lead and guide project teams • Mentor junior team members • Facilitate meetings and team communication • Problem-solve and identify areas for improvement • Measure overall project performance • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred • 4+ years of experience in project and resource management • Experience working as a developer or closely with developers • Knowledge and experience with project management frameworks including waterfall and agile
