• Manage Projects - Coordinate and partner on projects across the Customer Experience team to enhance the e-commerce website and mobile app experience - Create product plans, build roadmaps, and establish key milestones to meet project deadlines - Partner with developers and product owners to craft dynamic technical plans, ensuring efficiency, goal achievement, and rapid delivery of customer value • Lead and Guide Teams - Lead and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment - Mentor junior team members and share knowledge - Facilitate Meetings and Team Communication - Facilitate meetings effectively, fostering participation and collaboration among stakeholders and technical team members - Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to provide accountability, identify risk, and implement mitigation strategies • Problem-Solve and Identify Areas for Improvement - Measure overall project performance to identify areas for improvement - Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with concentrations in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field • 4+ years of experience in project and resource management, particularly with development teams • Experience working as a developer or collaborating closely with developers
