📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the client’s Executive team • Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls • Schedule meetings and record minutes as needed • Prepare reports and presentations • Assist with project management tasks • Scheduling and booking flights and hotels for the executive • Prepare business documents and month-end reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (preferably for C-Level or higher) • Excellent organizational, planning skills and communication skills (written and oral) • Experience with calendar management, booking of hotel and flights • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite.
