📋 Description

• Accurately calculate commissions, spiffs, and variable compensation bonuses for sales teams based on established performance metrics and targets. • Ensure timely and accurate payouts in alignment with sales compensation plans. • Implement and manage incentive compensation plans for sales and other roles. • Oversee the Commissions Inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. • Conduct complex compensation data analyses and provide insights and recommendations. • Prepare and present detailed reports on incentive compensation outcomes and effectiveness. • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and refine performance metrics and targets. • Calculate and analyze On-Target Earnings, Committed Target Earnings, and run rates. • Ensure incentive compensation programs comply with relevant laws and company policies. • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales, Legal, and other departments. • Use compensation management systems, PowerBI, and an ICM solution. • Create modeling analytics and IC programming for sales incentives; recommend system enhancements. • Participate in yearly sales incentive compensation planning, design, and modeling.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration, with a focus on incentive compensation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI. • Experience with ICM/SPM software is required, preferably Xactly. • Proficiency in SQL: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write SQL queries for ICM Systems, optimize database performance, and manage data transformations for analytical purposes. • Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree required.
