Description

• Develop and implement an organizational strategy for automated testing of solutions using industry best practices. • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to support continuous testing and delivery pipelines. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Solution Delivery, Product Management, and Engineering to understand system requirements and ensure test coverage. • Lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and automate test cases for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. • Drive improvements in test automation processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to members of the Solution Delivery and Software Engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing and incorporate them into our practices as appropriate. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Software Engineering teams to provide technical expertise and support for customer deployments and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proven experience in software development with a focus on test automation, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Extensive hands-on experience with testing automation tools and frameworks. • Strong programming skills, preferably with a variety of programming languages. • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
