Description

• Lead of Security Compliance for Swan Bitcoin’s businesses • Design and implement compliance framework • Maintain secure, compliant, and ethically sound organizational environment • Support management in defining and adapting information security guidelines • Develop and execute comprehensive GRC strategy • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks • Create and enforce governance policies • Collaborate across departments • Collaborate with audit teams • Evaluate and enhance GRC practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related field • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging GRC trends • Exceptional problem-solving abilities • Relevant certifications preferred • 10+ years of compliance experience • Fintech background preferred • Experience with AML/CTF, Sanctions, Lending, and Consumer Protection regulations • Banking and/or Fintech industry experience required • Music and/or media experience preferred • Ability to extract, analyze, and leverage data
