Description

• Interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights • Enhance analytics across Swan • Identify business opportunities and ensure data interpretation is correct • Create dashboards and data tools • Develop and maintain data pipelines and metrics definitions • Turn data insights into compelling narratives • Provide data-driven analyses to prioritize opportunities • Collaborate on data initiatives, reporting automation, and process improvement • Lead analytics projects with best-in-class execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in related field or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years in a Data Analyst role, preferably in fintech • Proficiency in SQL/PostgreSQL • Expertise in data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker • Experience with multi-disciplinary teams • Deep knowledge of Bitcoin and passion for its potential • Strong communication skills • Proactive and forward-thinking • Comfortable with contributing beyond ordinary scope of role
