Description

• Drive improvements to our operations: member engagement, capacity, efficiency, quality etc. • Partner with other teams at SWORD (Finance, Recruiting) to build and execute on cross-functional strategies • Find opportunities for process improvement to help scale seamlessly our operations by 10x+ • Collaborate with product to develop effective tools that facilitate our rock-star engagement team’s work • Design, create, and improve the tools & dashboards we use to run our operations • Oversee the transition of manual tasks to AI, optimizing operational workflows • Assist in the development and execution of member engagement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention • Participate in the continuous evaluation and optimization of engagement processes and practices

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, member engagement, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decisions • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements • Familiarity with CRM systems and engagement platforms • Knowledge of AI and automation processes for operational efficiency
