• Manage clinician scheduling process to meet service objectives and update system reports • Enable team rightsizing by understanding team challenges and hiring constraints • Act as a thought partner to optimize Sword’s workforce planning model • Find technology-driven opportunities for process improvement • Design and improve tools and dashboards for PT operations

Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, banking, or fast-growing start-up • Data Analytics: Experience with spreadsheets and data visualization tools • Grittiness, creativity, flexibility and ability to operate with unknowns • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
