• Responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals and taking them through the qualification process. • Handles initial screening and application process of healthcare professionals in accordance with company policy. • Manages all submissions of candidates into clients database. • Make prospecting contacts and follow up on leads.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of relevant experience in medical administration. • 7-10 years of healthcare recruiting experience • Familiarity with principles and practices of Healthcare recruiting • Maintain professional knowledge and skills through approved healthcare professional development opportunities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
