📋 Description

• Receive, control and dispose of study samples and reference materials • Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving samples, including destruction and transfer as directed by the client • Provide samples and other materials to laboratory staff for analysis as requested • Maintain an inventory of supplies used to manage samples and order supplies when needed • Assist with maintenance, operation and support of sample storage equipment and the associated monitoring system • Archive documents associated with the management of study samples • Perform receipt, inventory, chain of custody, storage, transfers and disposition of samples, reference materials, matrixes, critical reagents and other items requiring defined storage conditions and tracking • Operate, troubleshoot and maintain storage appliances and the environmental monitoring system • Perform daily tasks and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Demonstrated computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to use sample-tracking software • English level: required bilingualism includes understanding simple messages and following basic instructions • Ability to independently and reliably perform routine and common sample management duties
