📋 Description

• Support Client Account Executives (CAEs) across the sales cycle for assigned accounts and opportunities • Assist with pipeline development through outbound outreach, account research and partner collaborations • Participate in discovery calls, proposal development, and customer presentations for mid-market and enterprise opportunities led by CAEs • Learn to position Syniti’s portfolio of software, services, and support by aligning solutions to customer needs • Participate in territory reviews, pipeline calls, and deal strategy sessions with sales leadership as part of ongoing development • Build industry, market, and product knowledge to understand Syniti’s value proposition and competitive landscape • Travel occasionally for customer meetings, training, and internal events as part of onboarding and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 3–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or a related client-facing role within software or IT services • Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience using CRM systems and sales productivity tools (Salesforce preferred)
