📋 Description

• Expand the DACH market and win new customers across libraries and public institutions • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building • Manage and grow existing customer relationships for long-term partnerships • Conduct customer visits, workshops, and presentations to showcase solutions • Own your personal sales pipeline and forecasting responsibilities • Guide public procurement processes and tender submissions • Create and coordinate proposals together with internal teams • Lead commercial negotiations and manage multi-stakeholder decision processes • Provide professional leadership and coaching to two Key Account Managers • Foster a proactive sales mentality and support the team on strategic opportunities • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings • Build and maintain a strong network within the library and public sector ecosystem • Monitor market trends and competitive developments for strategic positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in software/SaaS sales with proven track record • First team lead or management experience with player-coach mentality • Genuine enjoyment of actively selling and working closely with customers • Ability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships • Experience with complex B2B solution sales and multi-stakeholder environments • Ideally experience with public clients or procurement/tender processes • Excellent German and English communication (written and spoken) • Structured, self-responsible, and proactive approach
