Description

• Design a wide range of visually appealing marketing materials including presentations, marketing emails, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, Hubspot campaigns, web pages and more. • Collaborate with the marketing team and commercial leadership to refine and evolve our brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual identity across all channels. • Translate marketing concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience. • Collaborate with Marketing managers and product managers to develop high performing automation campaigns for key target audiences. • Work effectively within deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. • Partner with product managers, marketers, and commercial teams to align design elements with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing-focused role • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) & presentation design for Powerpoint or Google Slides, prior experience with email platforms and marketing automation. • Exceptional ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals. • Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to connect design choices with business objectives. • Understanding of key life sciences concepts • Meticulous focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency in all design deliverables. • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.). Experience with web design principles (HTML, CSS), multimedia and video editing are considered an asset.
