• Be solely responsible for the success of a dedicated one-square-mile neighbourhood • Research target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through constant selling and face-to-face meetings • Onboard new customers and maintain close working relationships with existing accounts • Track activity and manage accounts using Salesforce • Work closely with distribution partner/driver to serve the local community • Deliver profitable volume growth and hit sales targets • Monitor competitor and Independent market activity and offer competitive customer solutions
• Experience in Field Sales or Account Management (ideally) • Commercially astute • Technically proficient in excel • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships • Passion for sales • Ability to win new business and maximise sales through existing customers • Face-to-face selling and community/neighbourhood engagement • Ability to onboard new customers effectively and track activity using Salesforce • Willingness to work in a home/field-based role covering a local neighbourhood
