📋 Description

• Ensure that access to data and analytics platforms is managed securely, efficiently, and in compliance with governance, privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements. • Define and administer access models based on corporate profiles and roles. • Ensure application of the principle of least privilege across data environments. • Lead access provisioning, periodic access reviews, and access revocation processes. • Assess risks, exceptions, and segregation-of-duties requirements related to data access. • Support audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives. • Establish controls, standards, and metrics for access monitoring. • Serve as the liaison between business, technology, security, and governance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data Governance, Access Governance, or Information Security. • Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) models and identity management. • Experience with analytics and cloud platforms such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure. • Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), risk management, and regulatory controls. • Ability to structure governance processes, policies, and metrics. • Strategic perspective on governance and risk. • Strong analytical skills and sound critical judgment. • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • Strong organizational and executive communication skills, with a focus on compliance.
