📋 Description

• Drive the evolution of Data Governance by defining processes, controls, and metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and data asset quality. • Develop and maintain Data Governance policies, standards, and processes. • Lead compliance assessments, control reviews, and data-related audits. • Coordinate action plans to address regulatory requirements and audit findings. • Define and monitor governance, quality, and compliance metrics. • Identify risks and opportunities to improve data processes. • Serve as a liaison between the Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data Governance, Process Management, Risk Management, or Auditing. • Knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), internal controls, and regulatory requirements. • Experience developing standards, procedures, and metrics. • Knowledge of data management, data quality, and compliance.
