• Build and manage a high-performing team of 3-8 engineers and collaborate with Product Management to set long-term direction for the initiatives your team is responsible for • Develop and implement best practices for a remote-first engineering team to deliver high-quality output • Be involved hands-on in the development process of your team, including coding and code reviews • Coach and mentor individual contributors as well as new team leads and managers • Own product features end-to-end, guide product decision-making and testing • Help us build our team by recruiting, interviewing, and investing time in building a culture of care and excellence • Help build us a product that our users genuinely love!
• 6+ years of full-stack technical experience • 3+ years of experience recruiting and managing teams of engineers • Have architected complex, scalable systems • Experience in JS / React is preferred but not required • Experience managing a remote team is preferred but not required
