• Prospect and acquire clients and sell bilingual education programs to public schools and third-sector organizations • Visit municipal governments and public agencies to present the program • Identify and prospect potential clients • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients • Provide strategic and business intelligence teams with information about the target market • Identify opportunities for the company’s products • Deliver commercial and pedagogical presentations • Participate in the area’s strategic planning • Follow up on visits and support clients through to contract closure • Conduct parent meetings • Participate in company events
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 years in a commercial/sales role within an education-sector company • Intermediate English • Proficiency in the Systemic methodology • Experience with HubSpot • Knowledge of sales and the Brazilian education market • Presentation techniques • Public speaking • Negotiation and client relationship-building techniques • Excellent written communication skills • Microsoft 365
