Description
• Responsible for social media posting and engaging and responding to members • Engage and respond to members inside the community • Send out email and Text Reminders and Schedule Zoom Links • Like and comment with member posts Inside a community • Create & Manage Content Calendars for multiple communities • Upload training replays to the membership portal • Monitor customer engagement and inquiries via email
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail is strictly required • Experience in Community Management (Circle, Mighty Networks, Kajabi, Kartra) • Effective communication skills is a must • Experience in Graphic Design is a plus • Experience working with Landing Page design is a plus • Background in Email Marketing is a plus • Knowledgeable in Canva • Knowledgeable in Wordpress • Knowledgeable in Excel Spreadsheets • Knowledgeable in Zoom
