Description

• TailorCare’s product team is growing, and we are excited to introduce a hybrid role focused on Clinical Operations and a Salesforce configuration to optimize our Clinical teams workflows. • The Associate Product Manager, Clinical Operations, will play a vital role in crafting and improving the essential tools that empower our teams, especially clinical operations, to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable insights, and drive the evolution of our technology stack, including deep expertise in utilizing and configuring Salesforce Health Cloud. • This unique position requires a dynamic individual who can balance Associate Product Manager responsibilities with those of a Salesforce Admin, contributing to both strategic product development and hands-on Salesforce customization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related) • 1-2 years of experience in a product-related role, or demonstrable passion for and aptitude in product development. • Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and optimization. Salesforce Health Cloud experience and certifications are a strong plus. • Process-Oriented: Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex workflows and break them down into actionable steps. • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport with internal users, and effectively translate their needs into technical requirements.
