• Account management: You are the primary point of contact for our top partners and actively support them in achieving their goals and ensuring their satisfaction. • Strategic consulting: You analyze partners' KPIs and individual challenges, develop tailored optimization plans, and support their implementation. • Sales and up-/cross-selling: With your sales skills, you convince partners to adopt additional products and services that further strengthen their business. • Internal collaboration: As an interface, you coordinate closely with other teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively. • Data-driven planning: You use tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace to strategically develop your region and make your results measurable.
• Professional experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role • Independent, structured working style – well-suited for remote/home-office work • Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to adapt flexibly to new challenges • IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) • Ideally, knowledge of or interest in the restaurant/hospitality industry • Very good German language skills; English is a plus • Driver's license and willingness to work in the field across the Berlin region
