📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through candidate placement and onboarding. • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. • Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, and overall fit. • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Communicate directly with clients regarding candidate updates, interview coordination, and onboarding. • Manage multiple open positions while maintaining organized recruitment pipelines. • Keep ATS records accurate and up to date. • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure an excellent client and candidate experience. • Meet recruitment goals and contribute to successful placements.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment. • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment. • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Comfortable interacting directly with both candidates and clients. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Consultative, relationship-focused approach to recruitment. • Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, engineering, or related industries is considered an advantage but is not required.
