• You don’t just want to look after clients — you want to create real added value. • You are the person who understands where the customer stands and knows how our products can help them progress. • You advise based on real data and measurable results. • You prepare quarterly reviews, performance measurements and roadmap discussions and run them independently. • You work closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing and bring customer feedback to the teams where it has impact. • You manage your accounts in our CRM — including forecast, pipeline and renewals.
• Sales background: You have at least 2–3 years of experience in Account Management or strategic Customer Success. • Stakeholder experience: You have managed larger clients and act confidently and professionally at decision-maker level. • Industry familiarity: You know the HR-Tech environment or a comparable industry — and therefore our target group. • Mindset: You have strong drive, want to learn a lot and grow quickly — and using AI as a daily work tool is natural for you. • Languages: You communicate fluently in German (C2) and can confidently operate in English in a work context. • Working style: You enjoy working with customers, are well organized and take ownership of your responsibilities.
