• You handle and resolve technical customer inquiries through the ticketing system — this is the core of your work. • You communicate clearly with a customer-focused approach, even when issues are technically complex or time-sensitive. • You integrate our platform for customers: work with REST APIs, JSON/XML structures and data feeds, configure and validate integrations, analyze data flows and troubleshoot issues. • You use AI tools as a standard part of your toolkit and progressively automate recurring tasks. • You document your solutions so that your knowledge is shared across the whole team. • You identify recurring root causes and proactively contribute prevention ideas to the team.
• Whether you come from technical support, integration/solutions, the HR-tech field, or are a highly self-driven career changer — convince us that you can get systems running and enjoy working with customers. • Customer focus and strong communication skills. • You enjoy direct customer contact and working in a ticketing system — and you remain composed even when things are critical. • A solid technical foundation. • Experience with API integrations and system connections; good understanding of data structures (JSON/XML). • Curiosity about AI and a genuine drive to learn. • You actively use AI tools in your daily work and are eager to learn to build your own automations step by step. • Root-cause thinking rather than symptom treatment. • You don't settle for quick fixes; you want to understand what truly causes a problem. • Structure, independence, and composure. • You work pragmatically, document as a reflex, and enjoy resolving technical problems yourself. • Nice to have • Experience with SaaS platforms • Scripting skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript) • Experience with HR-tech systems, especially applicant tracking systems (ATS) and their integrations • Initial experience with AI automations/agents (e.g., n8n) — nice to have but not required.
