• As part of our 2024 Early Careers Program, you will be part of a community that grows together! • You will be a driving force within the success of this initiative - partnering with educational institutions in an effort to tackle the growing mental health crisis among students. • Projects - Build Your Pitch: Hellp boost qualified opportunities for our business development team by identifying and engaging potential clients in the Educational space. - Process Management and Lead Health: Oversee marketing lead database and analyze/optimize lead qualification processes to identify and hand-off sales ready leads. - Build the Brand: Support custom marketing programs/campaigns on behalf of our Partnerships Team in order to network with strategically identified accounts. - Pitch to an Executive: You will gain an extensive introduction to the business and will present on a part of the mission and role that was most impactful to you.

Requirements

• Rising juniors and seniors in undergraduate degree, or enrolled in a graduate program • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive • Able to commit to working 20 hours per week during the summer • A passion for being in the details, ensuring every document, project, or experience is on-point and on-brand • Strong communicator (verbal & written) with the ability to listen, articulate positions, advocate, and execute ideas

Benefits
