📋 Description

• Launch and help clients adopt slot optimization product • Drive growth in operating profit for clients • Apply experience in slot operations and analytics to improve profitability • Educate clients on the principles of slot revenue management • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate product insights • Collaborate with product manager and development team to invent customer-focused solutions • Participate in business development activities and client presentations • Promote data-driven yield management and Tangam’s software • Mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and careers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior-level leadership (Director or higher) • Managing large-scale slot operations with a minimum of 1,500+ machines • Proven track record in optimizing floor performance through deep analysis of Slot KPIs • Expert-level understanding of slot floor dynamics, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and product-mix analysis • High proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite • Experience leveraging business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS, or Cognos • A degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related discipline is considered a strong asset • Must be willing and able to travel to client sites for approximately 35% of working time • Must have a clean criminal record and maintain eligibility for gaming licensure across all relevant jurisdictions.
