β’ Experience in developing and closing engineering deals with a values ranging from $500K to $20M+ β’ Current established professional network in the Appalachian/Mid-Atlantic region, consisting of contacts within the chemicals, refining markets, mining, metals and power markets. β’ Proven track record of generating their own sales opportunities β’ Effective communicator (verbally and in writing) and have the personality and ability to influence others in the face of rapid and aggressive competitive responses. β’ Familiarity with contract negotiation, including working closely with a legal team. β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, change-resistant atmosphere. β’ A two-year degree minimum, a four-year degree preferred, in a related field with 10+ years of experience in B2C business development in the Metals, Mining and Minerals.
