Description
• Play a key role in scaling community of mental health providers • Partner with 30+ new providers weekly • Provide exceptional customer service • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs • Passionate about mental health and creating greater access to care • Driven to accomplish goals and keep growing • Experienced in a provider-facing role • Able to connect easily and quickly with others • Organized with excellent follow-through in managing tasks • Embrace challenges, seek improvement, and operate with a deep work ethic
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales or customer services (bonus for startup environment or small business sales experience) • Effective communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable trying new approaches • Analytical mindset with a scientific approach to growth • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
