• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
