📋 Description

• Partner with internal clients to understand staffing needs • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens • Coordinate scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and team members • Prepare interview materials and debriefs • Extend offers of employment • Negotiate salary and benefits • Communicate with new hires prior to start date • Orient new employees on their first day • Track metrics related to the recruiting function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
