• Own and manage a defined sales area • Guide qualified leads into structured consultation calls • Sell high-value programs ranging from CHF 2,000 to CHF 30,000 • Close deals clearly, reliably and respectfully • Provide feedback to Marketing (lead quality, messaging, objections) • Suggest small process improvements within Sales • Work closely with Marketing, Matching and Customer Success • Turn leads into satisfied, paying, long-term customers
• Enrolled university student • Passion for sales and performance • Willingness to take responsibility for revenue • Work in a structured, reliable and independent manner • Open to feedback and eager to develop in sales • Advantageous: experience in sales, customer-facing roles or consulting • Understanding of Swiss German • Based in southern Germany (Baden‑Württemberg / Bavaria) or near Switzerland
