Description
• Plan, execute, and finalize large-scale projects including Training development • Acquire resources and coordinate team efforts • Responsible for Program growth • Supervise Project Analysts and team members • Develop people within the program • Implement best practices for project management • Support business development activity • Provide technical management and consultation to project teams • Track milestones and timelines • Analyze and resolve project issues • Develop metrics for measuring project success • Meet financial objectives for delivery of products and services
Requirements
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification • Current Secret Clearance • Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience • Minimum of two (2) years managing training program development • Bachelor's Degree • Ability to translate technical requirements to marketing and non-technical partners • Ability to build strong relationships with clients • Ability to gather and interpret data for decision making • Passion about the Company’s mission
