• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives • Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and address customer pain points through rigorous testing and quality assurance • Provide expert guidance and consultation on QA best practices, tools, and methodologies • Take ownership of QA processes and drive continuous improvement efforts • Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Minimum of 4~5 years of experience in quality assurance • Proven expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices • Experience working directly with Product Owners and cross-functional teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous startup experience is a significant plus
